These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JustSalad (the "Service"), a food subscription platform operated by Infynix Labs ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
JustSalad is a healthy meal subscription service that delivers fresh salad bowls, fruit bowls, and related food products to workplaces and residences in Science City and nearby areas of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The Service is developed, managed, and operated in its entirety by Infynix Labs, an IT partnership firm based in India.
To access the Service, you must create an account by verifying your mobile number via OTP or using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4.1 Plan Selection: We offer various subscription plans (weekly, monthly, etc.) covering salad bowls and/or fruit bowls. Plan details including duration, meal count, and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase.
4.2 Subscription Start: Your subscription becomes active upon successful payment confirmation. Delivery scheduling commences based on your selected delivery slot and address.
4.3 Meal Customisation: Certain plans allow meal customisation within defined limits. Customisation is subject to ingredient availability and delivery constraints.
4.4 Plan Changes: To upgrade or change your plan, contact us at hello@justsalad.in. Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Downgrades are not permitted mid-cycle.
4.5 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions with auto-renew enabled will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period using your saved payment method. You will be notified before renewal. You can disable auto-renew from your account settings.
5.1 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change; changes will not affect active subscriptions mid-cycle.
5.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through our payment partner, Razorpay.
5.3 Payment Security: All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
5.4 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your order will remain in draft status. You may retry payment within 24 hours. After that, the draft order will be cancelled.
5.5 Coupons & Discounts: Promotional codes may be applied at checkout. Coupons are subject to validity dates, usage limits, minimum order values, and plan-specific restrictions as displayed at the time of use. Only one coupon may be applied per order.

8.1 Quality Standards: We prepare all meals in clean, hygienic kitchens following standard food safety practices. Meals are freshly prepared and delivered within safe temperature and time windows.
8.2 Allergen Disclosure: We display allergen information for each meal on our platform. However, our kitchen handles common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.) and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
8.3 Medical Dietary Requirements: If you have severe food allergies, medical dietary restrictions, or require meals for a diagnosed condition (e.g., diabetes, celiac disease), please consult a qualified healthcare professional before subscribing. We do not provide medical dietary advice.
8.4 Quality Complaints: If you receive a meal of unsatisfactory quality, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at hello@justsalad.in or +91 9998299651.

All content on the JustSalad platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, meal photographs, text content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Infynix Labs and/or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Infynix Labs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infynix Labs shall not be liable for:
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infynix Labs, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of any third-party rights.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@justsalad.in to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The language of arbitration shall be English or Gujarati. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any active subscription refunds will be processed per our Refund Policy.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@justsalad.in. Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any active subscription.
