This Delivery Policy outlines how JustSalad, operated by Infynix Labs, handles the delivery of meal subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the terms described below.

JustSalad delivers across Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Delivery availability is verified at checkout based on your pincode and delivery zone.
Delivery is not available outside of Ahmedabad at this time. We are continuously evaluating expansion to new cities — stay tuned.
2.1 Operating Days: Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and national public holidays unless communicated otherwise.
2.2 Delivery Slots: You may choose from available delivery slots during subscription setup:
Exact delivery times within a slot are subject to route planning and may vary by ±30 minutes. Slot availability depends on your delivery zone.
2.3 Subscription Start: Your first delivery will be scheduled from the next available delivery day after subscription activation, subject to slot availability. Same-day subscriptions are activated from the following business day.
3.1 Notification: You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification before your delivery window with an estimated arrival time.
3.2 Delivery Attempt: Our delivery personnel will attempt delivery at your registered address. If you are not available, they will:
3.3 Failed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed (no one available, address inaccessible, incorrect address), the meal is marked as undelivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on missed deliveries.
3.4 Delivery Instructions: You may provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate code, leave at reception) in your delivery address. We will follow these instructions to the best of our ability.
4.1 Meal Preparation: All meals are freshly prepared in our kitchen on the day of delivery using clean, hygienic processes that comply with applicable food safety standards under the Food Safety and Standards Act, India.
4.2 Packaging: Meals are packaged in food-grade, tamper-evident containers designed to maintain freshness and temperature during transit. Dressings and toppings are packed separately to prevent sogginess.
4.3 Temperature Safety: Salad bowls are maintained at cool temperatures during preparation and delivery. Our target is to deliver within the safe food temperature zone. We recommend consuming meals within 2 hours of delivery for optimal freshness and food safety.
4.4 No Preservatives: JustSalad meals do not contain artificial preservatives. Meals should be consumed the same day and should not be left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours.
4.5 Allergens: Allergen information is displayed on our platform for each meal. Our kitchen handles common allergens. Please review allergen details carefully before subscribing if you have dietary restrictions.
5.1 Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address including flat/house number, building name, street, area, city, and pincode.
5.2 Address Changes: To change your delivery address for future deliveries, update it in your account profile or contact us at hello@justsalad.in at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
5.3 Address Change on Active Delivery Day: Address changes cannot be accommodated on the same day as a scheduled delivery. The delivery will proceed to the address on file for that day.
5.4 Out-of-Zone Addresses: If you move to an area outside our delivery zone, contact us. We will pause your subscription until you return within a serviceable area, and adjust your subscription end date accordingly.
